Marlette Environmental Consulting, LLC (Marlette) was established in 2013 and is dedicated to providing sound, personalized professional services for individuals and businesses in Northern Nevada and the Lake Tahoe Basin. With over 30 years of experience as an environmental consultant, and over 25 years working as a Nevada Certified Environmental Manager, Ms. Eppard has managed a wide variety of projects in the areas of Environmental Site Assessments, Permitting and Regulatory Compliance, and Water Quality. Ms. Eppard's breadth and depth of experience allow her to provide high quality and cost effective solutions to environmental issues whether in response to a permit violation or need for environmental clearance for real estate transactions.
Marlette also offers field sampling and monitoring services related to surface spills, underground storage tanks, water quality, and stormwater runoff. Ms. Eppard's extensive field experience combined with her working knowledge of current regulations and solid relationship with the regulatory agencies sets the stage for streamlined and efficient overall project management.
